Social Services

Our social services division is merged with our clinical division. However, it is the social worker who focuses on transitional planning, as well as assisting with counseling youth and their families. We recognize the importance of strong discharge planning with this population, as supports for them and their families will be critical to their success when they leave our program. Linkages with home communities and local VESID offices are made, as well as assisting families with accessing OMRDD services or OMH services. We also offer family support and education groups through our PARTNERS program (Parents Actively Reaching to Nurture Educated Responsible Students).
